How can I lose weight without having to diet?!


Question: How can I lose weight without having to diet!?
I'm turning 14 in November and I'm going to be in the eighth grade!. I way 113 lbs!. (which isn't that big, but still!.)

Plenty of people tell me I'm not fat, but that's because it's all on my sides and I usually wear a jacket!. I'm the type of person who likes to wear crazy clothes that are less concealing than what I wear now, but I have to in order to hide my fat!. I know it sounds stupid, but you'd have to see a picture of me to understand!.

I'm up for dieting and exercising, but I know that I won't be able to keep up with the diet!. I go outside and play around a lot, but it just seems that my weight always stays the same!. I want to lose at least five to ten pounds, or get rid of ALL the fat on my sides!. But, the thing is, I only have 1 month and ten days!.

Definitely exercise atleast 3-5 days a week and do some things like side crunches to tone up your sides!. I wouldn't both with weight loss pills because really all they do is speed up your metabolism only while you are taking them so if you ever stop you will gain all the weight right back!. Also, stop drinking soda and if you want to drink soda switch to diet soda!. This doesn't seem like a big thing but it works wonders!. People who drink soda regularly gain a huge amount of weight from the hidden sugars and calories in them!. Also drink water as much as possible, and I know you said you didn't really want to diet, but an easy way to diet is to cut out sugary and processed snacks that are filled with hidden sugars, carbs, fats, and calories!. You don't necessarily have to eat less just don't eat the crappy food that we have all grown to love!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

be a vegetarian!. Thats what i did, and it doesnt even feel like you're dieting!.
and its not hard to do at all!.
also, exercise,do yoga every morning!.
Walk your dog around the block!.
Run 30 minutes on the treadmill 5 times a week!.
And be patient, the results may take anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months!.

and when you get back to school join an afteschool sport, it really helps, if you dont then just keep running 30 mins 3 times a week!.

as for diet, avoid soda, drink it only once a week, and fast food once every 2 weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm in no way recomending it for you!. But you should look into a supplement called Muira Puama!. It helps decrease body fat and there is a possiblilty that it can help build lean muscle mass!.

Check out WebMD and look for the BMI tester!. At 14 there is a really good chance that you may be a healthy weight and may just feel normal pressure to be thinner than is healthy!. Make sure you understand eating disorders too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight workout, sprint, play with dogs (if you have any) will sweat yet you dont feel like you're doing exercise, yet you have fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
