ok so i only take a crap 1 a week and right now a week has already passed and i havent been able to take a crap!.!.!.i heard drinkin salt water will help so i did it and still nothing any recomendations!? what should i do!?!? can i die if i dont take a crap!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat high fiber foods, like beans or salads or broccoli!. Or you can get an enema!. You can get impacted if you don't poo for a while, which can cause you to die!. But you'll know if you are impacted, due to pain, and then you'll get an enema!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you are constapated so you should try some of that stuff that is like powder that you can buy at the store(like benifiber) that should help, but if it dosent then you should go to the doc!.!.!.yes, not pooping means all of that harnful stuff is trapped inside your body so that is bad!.!.!.FYI - you should poop at least once a day, but most people dont (including me) so i think you are okWww@Answer-Health@Com
