How do I workout my lower belly?!

How do I workout my lower belly?

I can't get rid of my lower belly. It bulges out so much. I've been working out for 3 weeks and I still have so much flab. I need help badly. I'm 15 years old, and weigh about 180. Is there anything I can take that will help me lose this weight faster?

And also, what are some lower abdominal workouts?
I mean, right above waistline, low.


Answers:

You cannot spot reduce. The only way to get rid of excess fat on your stomach is to get rid of excess fat everywhere. In other words. Eat a little less, exercise or be active a little more. Doing stomach exercises will build muscle but it won't show underneath the fat. You have to get rid of the fat.

Also, you won't see any results in only 3 weeks. You need a couple of months for that. Keep working out, watch what you put into your mouth, and you'll see results. It just won't be magically fast which, unfortunately, is what we all really want, right? Slow and stead is the way to go.
