How to tighen up lose skin from weight loss?!


Question: How to tighen up lose skin from weight loss!?
I've recently lose about 50lbs and I now I have lose skin on my stomach!. It's not excessive but, if I sit down or slouch, it rolls up and looks like belly fat!. What can I do to tighten the skin up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Congrats on the weight loss!. Odds are it is still fat there but the loose skin makes it look worse!. The best thing you can do is drink plenty of water and keep losing weight!. Once you get low enough body fat the loose skin will go away!. Skin repairs pretty well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Loose skin as a result of dieting may sometimes not disappear easily !.The skin will try its best to adjust itself, if you are young and there was no major loss of weight!. With age there is a lesser possibility of the body compensating for the lose skin!. If you do exercises for muscular development this may help in tightening of the skin!. With age this becomes more and more difficult!.

The easiest way to go is plastic surgery, the surgery is no big deal and actually many do it!. If you've ever seen the show biggest loser, well for many of them they have to use plastic surgery to remove all the rolls of skin!. You may wonder why your skin does that, well its because skin is wonderful at stretching and only has slight stretch marks when you gain a lot of weight fast!. But when it comes to contracting it can just shape back, even when you lose a little weight it still does that just doesn't show luckily!. You can also try to gain some muscle in your stomach area by looking up many different crunches/sit-ups, this helps you skin tighten-up and still look lean!. This may not make any sense but its how many women that are pregnant go back to normal!.
