I need some advice. help!....?!


Question: I need some advice!. help!!.!.!.!.!?
I need some nutrition advice!. I don't eat enough fruit, or really any for that matter!. It's not that i dislike it, it's just that i never really feel like eating it!. I don't really like sweet things!. What else could i do to get the nutrition from fruit!? I don't really like juice (like i said I don't like sweet things), but i guess i can't really rule that out!.!.!. But is there anything I can eat to get the right vitamins and nutrients that are found in fruit!? :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try yogurt with fruir, blueberry muffins, banana bread!. Green veggies would help!. Compare their vitamin and mineral content to the fruits you don't want, but feel you should eat!.

You can try some vitamins, but I believe there is no long-term nutritional replacement for fruit!. You might have to figure out ways to eat it instead looking for other options!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

May be u can get some nutrients from veggies!.Do eat lot of veggies!.veggies and fruits give us some sorts of essential vitamin and mineral for our body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
