i would say its possible for you to lose those 15-25 pounds in about 2 months pretty easily!.

first of all, drink 2 to 3 cups of water before every meal!. this will fill you up, and youlle eat less, and so youlle lose weight!. plus, water by itself is really good for you, so while filling you up, it will also be cleaning up your system!.

secondly, google the follwoing phrase

power of 10 adam zickerman

this is a weight training program that my dad and i have been doing for 2 years, and trust me, results show up in a bout 2 weeks!. the reason i love this program is becasue its only 2 seesions (20 minutes each) a week (after several weeks, you can switch to one session a week, and out of those 20 minutes a week, only ten are actually excersice), and you get more results than a hour each day, five day a week routine!.

this is because instead of doing 20 reps really fast, you do 6 reps very slow (10 seconds up, 10 seconds down, hence the name, power of ten)!. i tell you, you start to feel the burn after about 1 rep!. then by restign several days (if youre doing two seesions a week) or resting a whole week (if youre doing one seesion a week), your giving your muscles more time to repair and get bigger, wheras a traditional everyday routine doesnt give the muscles as much time to grow!.

so, if you start drinking lots of water before every meal, and look into power of 10 (by adam zickerman), you should find yourself losing those pounds pretty fast!.

hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since your active it will not be much a problem to really lose weight as long as you watch what you eat!.

It takes 3500 calories to burn 1 pound of fat!.Count calories,ON EVERYTHING!.Decide how much you want to intake and try to stick to it!.Once you have decided how much caloric intake you want, you need to decide how your gonna burn the extra calories in order to lose the weight you want!.Obviously the more dedicated you are and the harder you work the faster you'll lose the weight!.

Do not starve yourself!.That is a nono!.A good tip is that water contains 0 CALORIES!.ZERO!.So try to replace water with any other beverages you usually drink, that is a definite advantage because it's less calories you have to worry about burning and could get you to your goal faster!.Since you play sports you shouldn't really have to work out too much since your heart rate does elevate while doing the activities you mentioned!.So my suggestion is stick to a low calorie diet,YOU CAN EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT,just make sure you know how many calories everything is!.Of course actual diet foods help but who really wants to eat that!?Calories are calories, whether their from burger king, mcdonalds, taco bell,or your regular groceries,it's all the same don't let that confuse you!.Some may be healthier then others of course but regardless all calories are the same!.

Stay hydrated and if you decide to go in saunas or run in trash bags remember that all the weight your losing is WATER WEIGHT,you will gain that back as soon as you drink and it is rather unhealthy!.

Alot of people choose their caloric intake between 1000-1500 when dieting!.Thats a good start!.

Hope I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you have a lot of healthy food in the house!. If you open the fridge and see fruits and veggies, you'll eat them!

Eat a big and healthy breakfast, a good lunch, and a light dinner!. If you're bored, do something active!. If you're hungry between meals, snack on vegetables!. You'll probably lose 1-2 pounds a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
