Question: Joining gym for the first time tomarrow!.!?
Hello i have a few !?'s
-Do you have to have a protein shake before or after your workout!? or what should I eat!?
-How long do you typically stay on each machine for(treadmill, stairclimber)!?
-Say you get off the treadmill, how many machines do you go on each time you go to the gym!?
-And when your at the gym and going to say an aerobic class do you go to the aerobic class first and say the treadmill after or workout then go to the aerobic class or just the aerobic class!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
-Protein shakes are great!. Drink one 30min-1hour before your workout and 30min-1hour after!. Its only good if your gonna lift weights, dont do it if you only plan to cardio!. If your trying to get buff and strong, general rule is gram per pound, Drink as much grams of protein as much as you weight (ie: if you weigh 150lbs, drink 150grams of protein or more)

-For cardio machines, i try to stay there no more than 30 minutes!. If your goal is to build muscle, get buff, bulk up, dont stay on a cardio machine for more than 30 minutes!. If your goal is to get cut/defined/toned/loseweight, stay however long you feel!.

-Generally after treadmilling for a bit, your body will be beat, so do the bike!. Then you can go lift weights!.

-Treadmill first, it will warm up your body for other type of workouts!. You can treadmill after too if your not too tired, but dont overdo it!. If youre way too tired, dont cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
