if i run in the morning at 5:30 to 6 then do an hr swim practice, then run for another half hr and then eat breakfast is that ok!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it's ok, but it depends what shape you're in now!. If you're in decent shape now then it will be ok!. But if not, work into it!. Also it may not be the best idea to eat breakfest right after you finish, you could get sick!. But when you do eat breakfest make sure it's a big, healthy one!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are looking to burn more fat, have something before the run (200-250 calories, mainly protein and complex carbs) and then before swim again, and after wards as well!.

Most do not realize that you need to properly fuel the body to burn fat and increase your endurance and muscle tone!. Feed the machine or the machine breaks!
