Answers:
Eat a high carb meal about 24 hours before the competition, and again about 2 hours before the competition!. A little juice for some quick burning carbs about 20-30 minutes before the race may be helpful too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I drink gasoline but with the prices rising I am considering to look for some alternate fuels!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
