Hungry every four hours??!


Question: Hungry every four hours!?!?
Everyone always says eat little meals all day instead of 3 times a day!. but im only hungrey every four hours on the dot!. and I dont eat big meals!. how can I eat little snacks all day if Im not hungry!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

People have different metabolisms, so listening to everyone is not always what is best for you!. Generaly speaking its called grazing and its OK for some people!. Its mostly for people who are trying to increase their motabolism in an effort to better diet!. If you can eat every four hours and have the energy you need then thats what you should do!. If you feel you need some change of eating habits to be healthier then give it a try, but I would not kill myself doing so!. I eat a large breakfast and I don't get hungry until about noon, but then I eat less at lunch!. I will have a mid morning snack if I feel hungry, but its usualy nuts or fruit!. If you are not hungry don't train yourself to eat just because!. It can develop into a bad habit!.

Continue with the current way you are eating!. It seems you are fine with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The key to revving up your metabolism with these several small meals a day is that you have to eat BEFORE you actually get hungry!. If you're waiting until you're hungry, then you've missed the key period to nourish your body!.

Your metabolism is like a fire!.
Throw a huge pile of wood on it and it'll burn bright for a short time but then die out eventually!. But, if you throw a little bit of wood on it but more often, it'll burn continuously!. Same thing with your body and food!. Eat too much and your body just stores the excess and stops burning it, but eat less and more frequently and your body stops storing and just keeps using the food you eat!.

Then your body's right on track!. You are only supposed to eat every four hours!. Forget about little snacks all day!. That's only if you get hungry between every four hours!. Maybe they're just jealous that they get hungry more often than that and you don't!. Just don't stuff yourself past full when you eat your meals, and if that carries on for four hours until your next meal, then you should be happy with that!. I would say just have kind of a schedule, you don't have to eat when people say you're suppossed to, eat when you are hungry, just don't be snacking at 11pm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
