Working out....?
I love my whole body...but not so much my arms.I don't know how to work them out.I take 45min walk/runs every day but I have no idea what to do about my arms?
any help??
Answers:
Weights. Use the machines at the gym or just do presses with little hand weights. Push-ups too, but those are more for shoulders I think.
