Answers:
Metabolism is the rate at which the body burns calories to keep iself running!. A high metabolism (fast) burns ood off at a fast rate, making it easier to maintain or lose weight!. The slow is vica versa!. Exercise and a good diet gives you a high, or fast, metabolism!. This is the desired type!.

Your metabolism is basically your bodies food burning engine!. It converts what you eat and drink into energy or it stores it as fat in your body!. If you have a fast metabolism, your body burns what you eat very quickly so youre less likely to store it and gain weight!. A slow metabolism burns your food very slowly which leads to more energy being stored in your body as fat cells!.
Your metabolism is based on a variety of things like your genes and can be very slightly increased by excercise, drinking tea or other caffinated drinks, and spicy foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Biology, Physiology!. the sum of the physical and chemical processes in an organism by which its material substance is produced, maintained, and destroyed, and by which energy is made available!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
