Trampoline exercise?!
Question: Trampoline exercise!?
I've heard that jumping on a trampoline is good exercise, but i just dont feel like it does anything!. it might be because im used to running and that takes more effort!. so is jumping on a trampoline result in a "good workout"!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
