I am 17 years old and I weigh 226 pounds I'm not that big because people say I'm not they say I'm thick .

I try to not eat at all and eat a least a sandwich but I'm still gaining what shall I do the only thing I want to do is loose my stomach please help me?


Answers:

You know, I think this whole "thick" thing is ridiculous. You are either overweight or you're not. At 226 pounds, you're overweight...unless you're about 6'-6" tall and/or are **extremely** muscular.

If you **really** eat that little and are still gaining weight, you might have some sort of health problem. First, make sure you really do eat that little by keeping a food diary for a week or two. If you consume very few calories in a day - like, less than 1600 or so - and are still gaining, it's time to go see your doctor.
