Okay, I'm getting serious in bodybuilding.
I'm 14, and if I don't start now, its going to be hard to gain in the future.
I lift every other day, but sometimes everyday. But, it don't feel like im gaining muscle. I have a Weider Pro bench. I have a barbell, and dumbells. I'm looking to build my Biceps, Triecps, and calves. But, I need some advice. What to drink. I have powerade option to fill in for water. But, im focusing on water more. I drink Monster Khaos before for energy, and Whey Protein during. How can I boost that? Should I drink Whey? Or is it bad for the muscles. Everyone says its good and all, but I don't see improvement. Any advice? Any routines I shoud follow? Any website with routines and workouts and sheets?
