What are some good exersizes to get ready for gymnastics?!
Question: What are some good exersizes to get ready for gymnastics!?
This is what i am doing right now-
treadmill for about 1!.5 miles!. a bit longer everyday!.
then i do situps, crunches, and pushups!. about 25 of each!.
and i lift weights!.about 10 on each side!. it will get more each time i get better with the lifting!.
- then i also do a lot of streches!.
Is there anything else i can do to help make my muscles stronger!? Or help me loose weight and get ready for gymnastics!?
