ok here are my questions

- how much green tea should i drink to make my metabolism higher!? (is green tea even good to make metabolism higher!?)

- what should i stop eating to make my metabolism higher!?

- what should i eat to make my metabolism higher!?


just wanted to know becuase all my friends have a high metabolism and mine is lower and it make me feel different like i'm kinda fat:(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Listen!. It is about feeding your body the right stuff to make it work and burn correctly!. Think of your body as a fire!. If you feed it the right wood it will burn strong!.

High Protein - Helps with energy and strength
High Fiber - Helps with keeping you full longer and keeps you regulated!.

Breakfast - 320 Calories

You can't drink enough green tea as far as I am concerned!. Its good stuff!. It does help with matabolism!.

Stop eating big sit down meals and start eating small snacks through out the day!. You body natural stores food in the form of fat because it doesn't know if the next meal will arrive!. This is something from our cave man days!. You can trick or reassure your body that there is plenty of food out there by eating small healthy snacks throughout the day!. Again, make sure they are healthy and nutritious snacks, not a Snickers bar!. Usualy fruit, nuts, vegtables and such are fine!. Once you have developed this eating pattern the body will not store food in the form of fat!. It will burn what is available and not conserve, it has no reason because there is plenty of food available!. Many people wonder why they stop eating and then gain weight - the body stores food because it thinks a famine is upon you!. Again, cave man stuff!.

Eat good healthy food, stay away from anything with high fructose corn syrup or corn syrup or any of those kinda soda pop sweeteners!. You know in your heart of hearts what to eat, just do it!.

I recommend The Protein Power Lifeplan by Dr Eastes!. They give a great historical lesson on food as well as the science!. Though I don't believe everything they write, it is by far one of the better books out there!. You can easily incorporate a few of the ideals that fit well into your lifestyle!.

tea will speed up metabolism due to the antioxidants, so idk just drink a lot or as much as you like!. dont stop eating anything to make it higher just eat more frequently!. your matablosm increases when its always busy (digesting often) thats why you hear "eat more, weigh less"
