How do u gain weight n muscle in shape during the summer?
i m boy 18 weights 115 i m really skinny , i eat alot but still dont work. i smoke weed like 7 times a week for 2 years but i cut down. i have alot of veins showing all the time. wat can i do to gain weight n be built. ?wat should i eat n wat kind of work out should i do .

buy muscle milk at a local supermarket and drink it at least one time a day. it tastes bad but its all worth it once you start to see yourself slowly gaining weight.
i dont think the weed is too big of an issue, but i would limit smoking to 0-3 times a week tops.
if you have a gym membership, lift weights and use some complex machines,
if you dont, do squats and pushups at home
