Answers:
it depends on your body type
I'm five three and I usually work out ever morning (crunches and thigh exercises)

I went to camp didn't do my morning exercises and went from 112 to 108 and that was just walking around a lot
but my guess would probably about 5 to 10 pounds

Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Walking for half an hour a day won't do a thing!.

I walk 40mins to school and 40 mins back(brisk walk) and i live far away from my friends so i have to walk forever to meet them, not forgetting to mention tennis and trampolining!.(most days) I'm only a little lighter than you, 112lbs(5'6''), so i think if you REALLY increase your activity youcould maybe lose some weight, but you should be getting at least an hour a days exercise anyway!.

Maybe thats why you feel you're carrying exra weight around!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's not a bad weight!.!.!. that's about normal!.!.!. The 500 crunches won't burn fat, but rather tone muscle!. The idea is to tone muscle because muscle burns fat 24/7!. That's why when you go to the gym and you start lifting weights, you'll loose body fat but still gain weight because you are gaining muscle and muscle weighs more than fat!. 500 crunches are almost a waste of time because you are trying to target your stomach!. The results would be much more beneficial for you if you did an all body workout such as running!. Stick to the running!. Scrap the crunches!. And if you gain some weight running, don't be alarmed!.!. it' s probally muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, the 500 crunches really wont burn fat!. Cardio is what burns fat!. crunches are toning and forming methods on your body, rather then shedding fat!. Cardio like running (which you do already which is good) and swimming (amazing cardio) will start to melt that fat off!. Also, diet, which is about 80% of losing fat, is also a key factor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately that question can not be answered with a lb amount!. You have a lot of factors to figure in 1) How many calories are you consuming in a day 2) How active are you throughout the rest of the day 3)Are you doing any other physical weights etc during your routine!.
Remember muscle weighs more than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This completely depends on what your metabolism is like, what and how much you are eating, etc!. Although I can't give you an exact number, I'm always in favor of staying active, so good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how your body is build but I don't think you should lose any weight how skinny you want to be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will depend on what you eat too! Your weight is normal for your heightWww@Answer-Health@Com
