Can't give you an exact number without knowing your daily caloric intake, but I can point you in the right direction:

If you're trying to lose weight, your caloric intake should be an even three-way split between carbs, protein, and fat!. So let's say you're eating 1,500 calories a day!. That means you should aim for 500 calories a day each from protein, carbs, and fat!. Protein and carbs are 4 calories per gram, so you'd aim for 125g of each per day!. Fat is 9 calories per gram, so you'd aim for about 55g of fat per day!.

As for sugars, all your sugars should come from fruits, vegetables, and whole grain breads/cereals/pasta!. Cut out refined sugar completely, and don't drink any fruit or vegetable juice that is not 100% juice!. EXCEPTION: Allow yourself 1/2 a day per week to eat or drink whatever you want as long as you don't gorge yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

all depends on ur size or how much u eat if u have 2000cals a day then u need like 300g of carbs (counting fruit)sugar not an issue relli jus watch ur carbs cuz fruit has lots of sugar u know!.!.jus dont eat tooo too much processed foods even when not trin to lose weight that's the amound on a reg diet like not high protein or low fat or anything it depends relli though how big u areWww@Answer-Health@Com
