What can a 14 year old eat to lose weight?!


Question: What can a 14 year old eat to lose weight!?
Like peanut butter on whole wheat toast for breastfast, tuna fish on toast for lunch, skinless chicken and lots of veggies!. What else can I eat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat healthy and excercise

1!. cut out sugary stuff (like soda, candy, ice cream)
2!. keep bad fats on a low minimum (like low in sat fat)
3!. dont eat fried food (if its been in oil just know that it is off limits!.
4!. eat leaner meats (like less beef and more chicken, turkey and that stuff without the skin and take away as much visible fat as possible)
5!. add more fish to you eating habits (salmon is great)
6!. eat more veggies, it has lots of vitamins
7!. instead of sweets eat fruits they're just as sweet and ten times better
8!. clean your body out completly by drinking lots of water (the best is 8 glassses, slowly build up so start with 4 or 5)
9!. oh and most important!. eat whole wheat bread, crackers and anything like!. white bread does not make you full
10!. eat a well balanced meal (that includes lean protien, good carbs, and veggies)
11!. dont snack on unhealthy food
12!. listen to when ur body is full!. when u listen to what ur body needs ull know when ur not hungry anymore
13!. and be more active
14!. take multivitamins

healthy food!. just that!. no junk food AT ALL!. i swear, u might have heard people say this, but its TRUE!. just eat things like fruit when u crave sweet stuff!. just not tons of it!. drink milk or water when your thirsty!. if ur like me and dont really like doin that stuff, try drinking stuff like gatoraid or maybe fruit juice with less sugar!. but water is deffintly something you should drink!.

eat veggies like: carrots, corn, greens, and celary!. thats just a few things i recommend!. eggs give you tons of proten!. thats a plus when its comes to hair!. exercise everyday too!. dont just exercise one day then wait 2 or 3 days to do so again!. it wont help you at all!. even if its just a walk everyday!. maybe at least 20 mins!. take an mp3 and a bottle of water or gatoraid and walk!.

dont eat any junk food!. if u dont eat that, then you wont be putting useless carbs into ur body!. it reduces a huge ammount of sugar intake also!.

do this stuff for a month and you will see a difference in ur body and ur ammount of energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Liek ttly do dat model thing, ya know wher u liek soak cotton balls in orange juice and eat thse!.


Joking aside!. Simply cut the sweets out of your diet and replace them with fruits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
