Is 30 lbs in two months a realistic goal for someone that needs to lose 68 lbs?!

Question: Is 30 lbs in two months a realistic goal for someone that needs to lose 68 lbs!?
if not, what is a realistic goal!? i know 2 lbs a week should be the most you lose, but what about all that initial "water weight" loss!? do you think i could lose at least 20 or more!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No it's not realistic at all i'm afraid!.

Water weight lost just goes straight back on!. I think you should just focus on loosing the weight- not how much or how long it takes!. If you loose 2lbs a week you are making brilliant progress- in a month thats over half a stone! Think of it that way and work hard, you will soon loose the weight you need to as long as you cut down your calorie intake by about 500 and do 30-60 mins of excersice a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

30 lbs!. in 2 months is only realistic if your taking some great weight loss drug that contains ephidra!. Since retarded people abused that drug and it's no longer legal, I'd say try a more realistic goal like 10 - 15 lbs in 2 months!. If you lose more then congrats to you!! If not then it's not such a let down!. But be careful on what you eat!. Some people say you can have a cheat day with your food once a month or once a week, but for some a cheat day turns into a cheat week!. Be cautious!. Good Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to lose weight and keep it off, the max you should lose is 2!.5 lbs a week!.

If you're going to do this with diet and exercise, even 30 lbs in 8 weeks is too much weight to lose, although it might be doable!. 50 lbs in 8 weeks will probably put you in the hospital!.

Take it slow and easy!.!.!.you didn't gain it over night, you won't lose it overnight either!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No its not realistic!. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week!. Initial water weight loss will only be a few pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!.!.!.and even if !.!.!.not healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

who told you 2lbs a week XD!!i lost 8 ponds in ten days!.!.!.anything is possible!.!.as long as you stick with itWww@Answer-Health@Com
