How do i work out my whole torso?

i'm 15 & i run every day but im not satisfied with my how my stomach looks and i do sit ups but they don't seem to be making a difference..is there anything else i can do?


Answers:

You dont necessarily want a six pack, you just want a flat stomach.

Put a weight on your stomach and instead of doing sit-ups straight up, alternate by pushing up to one side, then the other. It doesnt directly build your abdomens, but it builds muscle around it and makes your stomach look better.
If sit-ups dont work, try leg-lifters for a few minutes every day (leg lifters: lay flat on ground and lift legs only, without touching hands to floor). ouch! they hurt! but it will help you without a doubt.
