We need to lose wieght by mid-august, PLZ help!!!?

ok my friend and i need to lose weight, its mostly her but im helping! she wants to lose it in her waist area, thighs and stomache. we need a diet plan that works and excersize plans and that! we're not going to take diet pills or anything like that, so dont suggest that. this needs to happen as fast as possible and we cant subscribe to anything so dont suggest anything that needs subscribtion! she eats pretty normal, and excersizes (dancing) for 30 minutes at the end of the day. PLEASE help us!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alright, well judging by the way this is written I'd say you are about ten to thirteen years old. Fourteen at the VERY most... So, it should be easy for the weight to come off once you get started because you're still so young.

You two should drink at least eight ounce glasses of water a day, more if you can. The more water you drink, the better. It flushes out the toxins and impurities in your body and everything digests a lot better when you drink water. It also fills you up, and makes weight loss a lot easier. Eat more fruits and vegetables as they are low in calories and fill you up fast. If you don't have a treadmill, you should walk a mile or two during the day and drink plently of liquids preferably water or Propel (low calorie sports drink.) Around 6 or 7 when it cools down, jog a mile or two. Cut back on your sweets and fats, and obviously do NOT eat fastfood. It's disgusting and nothing but ground up crap and causes you to put on weight quickly. Don't eat a lot of junk food like chips, and stay away from soda! Even diet soda is not good to drink. Studies have shown it slows down the digestion process and causes bloating which makes you look bigger. But, in the end, if you two aren't dedicated and can't stay dedicated to this you're not going to lose weight. It's not something you start and then quit once you lose the weight, this will be a lifelong change to keep off the weight. Good luck!
