How much shold i weight ? and whats a good way to lose weight?

i'm 12 years old and i weight 137 pounds i am 5ft 4 in and i have big bones, i don't look fat ( i think ) am i fat? oh and whats a good way to lose fat?

Hi Sarah! Something to keep in mind at your age is that (and I hope I don't sound like some old parent here or something) your body is going to be going through some pretty big changes over the next several years. During this time, you'll probably find your weight going up and down quite a bit! This is all perfectly normal and not anything to worry about.

It can be hard at times to not compare yourself to those bigger or smaller than you, especially as a teenager. Don't worry about being "fat" though, because anyone who would judge you on that isn't worth knowing!

In a few years, you'll be in high school...that's a great time to maybe try out some sports or something else that can keep you active and healthy while having fun! You should always love your body and focus on being healthy and happy with a good mix of exercise and smart eating, while also taking the time to pursue everything else that life has to offer like good friends, family, and music. Don't ever let someone try and squeeze or pull you into some idea of how you "should" look. Like everyone else says, you're always perfect.
