Question: If I eat 1400 calories a day!.!.!.!?
and I do aerobics for 10 - 25 mins a day!.
And Yoga 3 times a week

You should also try the water diet
But it's not really a diet anyways
It's called the before, during, and after diet!.
Basically all you do is drink an 8oz!. cup of water before, during, and after your meals!.
So in one day, after 3 meals you would be drinking 9 cups of water!. Doctors recommend 8!
Since people don't drink water alot anyways, I think it leads to natural, healthy weightloss!.
No harm in trying it, eh!?

you should first know how many calories you need daily,for examle if you need 2000 calories and you eat 1400 then you save 600 calories daily!.Now for losing one pound you should burn about 3500 calories!.So if you save 600 calories daily multiple in 30 days it would be 18000 calories devided in 3500 it would be 5!.1 pound that you would lose in one month!.However,this is so maths!! the things sometimes dont work this way !.!.!.but it would be between 5-10 maximum!.Check out the website to find out how many calories you need daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you will lose that much!. My guess is like 5 pounds!. If you want to lose 18 pounds, you are going to need to exercise a lot more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
