Yes, I did!. Lean Cuisine + Slim Fast!. I went on a 1500 calorie a day diet and mixed up what I'd eat throughout the day!. One day I'd have a shake for breakfast, a slim fast snack around 9 am, a Lean Cuisine for lunch, and a 'sensible meal' for dinner!. For lunch and dinner I always added lettuce, carrot sticks, cucumber slices or celery sticks!. Or a little of all of them!. I kept dried friut availble at work and swore off vending machines!.

But be careful of your sodium intake and drink lots of bottled water!. I'd also suggest Lipton's Manderin Orange and Mango Green Tea or Honey and Lemon Green Tea sugar free mix!. The powder that you pour into a bottle of water!.

I lost 12 pounds within the two weeks!. Then a couple of pounds a week, then sort of leveled off in less than two months!. I started walking and started losing inches!. I've lost 2 pant-sizes!.

I haven't stuck with strictly Lean Cuisines, but eating only the pre-packaged meals and snacks for a while helped me learn portion control and to realize how many calories certain foods have!.

Never tried that diet before alweays have just laid of sugars and ate whole grains!. But if i were to make a suggestion that seems a lot more affordable it would be the nutrisystem diet that you see on the commercial!. Nutrition has been a hobby of mine for the past 3 years because i needed to lose weight and the most important thing when dieting is the glycemic index which nutrisystem bases their diets on!. I have not tried the diet, but i definitely think it would work and i think its about $10 a day for 3 mealsWww@Answer-Health@Com

my mom's friend came over 4 days ago,and she lost A LOT of wieght!. she's not likE really small now,but she looks healthy ^_^
my mom asked her how did she lose the weight, and she said she just started eating lean cuisines, drinking crystal lyte water(i think that's hoow you spell it),and started walking around more!.
so i think that you should try the lean cuisine diet ^^

i lost like 20 pounds by becoming a vegetarian, but now i'm exercising too so i can lose some more weight^_^

Her eis all you need to know about dieting!. The average thin person takes 6000 steps per day!. The average overweight person takes about 4000!. If you want to be thin get a pedometer and make sure you takes 6000 steps per day!. Eat what you want and walk more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I never tried a lean cuisine diet (too much sodium), but I was successful on weight watchers which costs $12 per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
