What could i do to distract me away from food?!


Question: What could i do to distract me away from food!?
Im on a diet at the mo!.!.!.!.but right now, I am quite hungry, not starving but I keep thinking about food!.!.!.!.has anyone got any ideas to curve my hunger and distract me away from the food!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get away from any food so that you cannot fulfill your temptation!. Perhaps go for a bike ride or go exercise (it helps decrease appetite, which is not hunger, but rather a desire for food)!. Put your focus on something else! Take up a sport or hobby that occupies you and you enjoy doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My parents have placed the scale next to the refrigerator so that when they go to grab that ice cream, they step on the scale and go, "uhh, maybe yogurt instead!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont think about food and go do some exercises,here are some:

jog
run
jump rope
push ups
sit ups


that will keep your mind off food
