Question:
How can I flatten my stomach, and tone my arms and thighs?
I really want to flatten my stomach, and tone my arms and thighs so that they are 'skinnier'. But I don't want muscles, I just want them to be toned and a lot thinner, and I need to loose 15 pounds, so if you have any tips or exercises I colud try that wolud be wonderful!! Thanks!!

P.s.s I don't eat fast food, And I weigh 90 pounds!! ( i'm 14 ) and please don't tell me I shouldn't be worried about my weight, or anything else like that, thanks!!

I would definitely recommend that you run. It tones your thighs, and I have noticed my stomach toning. But for further toning, sign up at a gym (they all have promotional offers especially in the summer), and use the weights. Sit ups are great for abs. Try push ups for arms. As long as you're committed and you keep up your routine, you will see results. Good luck!
