Im trying to get buff what should i eat?

i want to get buff/diesel not skinny i work out but just working out wont do it what should i eat

Obviously you are going to want to consume the protein for the muscle. Eat 100 grams plus of protein daily. Investing in a protein shake mix with 1000 calories per shake and over 40 grams of protein is a good idea. With any high protein diet you should drink a lot of water (10-15 cups).

Not only protein, but carbs are maybe even more important. They provide you with energy and if you don't have enough carbs in your system, the protein will be used as energy rather then a muscle builder. So have maybe four times as many carbs and you have protein. Eat a lot of whole wheat bread and pasta sources.
