Question: Exersises for chronic dizzieness and off balance!?
this is a question for my gram she has trouble walking or standing to long !.!.she becomes dizzy and off balance sometimes fallingWww@Answer-Health@Com

if your gram takes medications for high blood pressure and maybe other health related issues, i would take a hard look at the medications side effects!.
if it's those there is no exercise that i know of that will cure that!. i get it all the time although it tends to come and go at will!. RISE slowly from chairs and getting out of bed!. when you rise to quickly there is not enough blood getting to the brain and so that will cause dizzyness!. you sort of have to just get used to it!. stand up slowly and wait a few seconds to a half a minute before you try to walk!. i take many meds but believe the biggest culprit is blood pressure medications!.
never stop taking them if that's the problem!. just learn to live with it!. it's not the end of the world!.

Try being more hydrated!. Sometimes if you are low on fluids then your blood pressure could drop right when you stand up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
