Rest 30 sec!. to 1 minute between sets!. Muscle recoups really quick, so if your trying to break that muscle down you need to give it less rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Generally i do 4 exercises each time a work out so i do one set of an exercise, do one for all the others, and come back!. Like a cycle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
