That happened to me! I became ill and I couldn't exercise as much as I used to and gained 55lbs!. It was horrible! I'm a small person (5ft tall) and I went from 109lb to 164lbs!. The solution for me would have been exercising more, but my illness would not allow that!. What I did to correct the problem was change my eating habits!. I didn't go on a diet, because diets stop working the minute you stop them!. I just change my eating habits by substituting different things and excluding certain items!. I did this slowly though!. If you go and eliminate all sorts of things from your eating all at once, it will only make you want to give up your new eating habits!. Anyway, here are examples of my change in diet:

When ordering a hamburger I'd have no cheese!.
When I wanted potato chips and dip, I had salad or carrots dipped in low calorie dressing instead (Salad spray is very good)!.
Instead of having 5-8 sodas or juice drinks a day, I'd have no more than 3 and the rest of the time I'd drink water!.
I switched from drinking whole milk to fat free milk etc!.

I know this sounds hard, but if you think about it you will be able to make healthier choices!. And, if you CAN exercise do please so! It's sooooo great for your body and mind!. If you hate to exercise do things you love to do that make you move your body!. I like dancing or bike riding, so that would have been what I did!.

It's not about how much you eat, it's about how or what you actually eat and the way you live!. watch your meals!.!. The way you live & move and the way you eat!.!.
Eat slowly, chew your food well!.!. Try too less the cardohadraets and avoid sweets as much as you can!. But if you can't, simply practice daily walking and do the steps moves like climping the stairs 10 times at least!. It's the magic way to lose weight without giving up your favorite food!.
Try laxative tea or any kind of herbal tea!.!. Try to drink green tea every morning or after each meal!.!. Or try fat burning juice when you lose control by eating big fatty meal!.!.
The fat burning juice inredients:
1 slice from fresh pinapple
2 kiwi
juice from 1 lemon
1 cup pinapple juice " you can find it in the super market but only use without sugar "
mix it all and drink it after meals, or better drink it instead of your dinneror breakfast!.
