Does any-one know any bodyweight arm work-outs?!


Question: Does any-one know any bodyweight arm work-outs!?
Well I'm not going to start weight lifting until i mastered my body weight but i have a problem finding a workout out for my Shoulders and arms i know a push-up is good for arm and chest but some more arm and shoulder workoutsWww@Answer-Health@Com

i would definately recommend hand stand pushups i recently started doing them and they are alot more intense, the difference is your using alot more bodyweight than with standard pushups!. and where standard pushups train the chest more the hand stand pushup is more of a shoulder press so it has alot more involvement with the shoulders or other parts of the arm depending on how you place your hands!.

you dont have to be abe to a hand stand even i cant do that you just need a wall, place your hands about a foot away from the wall and kick youself up so you land with your heels on the wall!. take your shoes off as you dont want to mark up the wall or hand any grip against the surface!. tilt you head back so your facing the floor and slowly lower so your nose and forehead is about an inch from the floor then back again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
