Question: I put on this REALLY cute top Saturday night just to realize!.!.!.!?
that when I wear a sleevless shirt I have flab that hangs over the top!.!.!. Someone please tell me some exercises I can do to get rid of this flab!.!.!.And before you ask!.!.!. I took off the shirt and wore something else!. I WAS NOT going out in public like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any exercise is better then nothing!. If you are not in the best of shape, try walking for 20-40 mins 3-4 times a week!. If you are in better shape, jog, run, or do any cardio machine at the gym!. It sounds like it just a few pounds, so it should only take about a month if you commit!.

However, check your diet!. Make sure you eat 5-7 small meals durinng the day made of lean protiens, complex carbs, veggies and fruit!. Leave the chips, burgers, and processed cheese alone for while!. Give up all sugary beverages!. Forever!. They are useless!.

DONT CRASH DIET!!! Eat 1600-2300 calories per day, depending on your size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
