Question: Is it okay to work out every day!?
Running daily and some strength training without a day off!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I work out every day for about an hour these days because it helps alleviate some of the stress!. I was diagnosed with acute generalized anxiety disorder several years ago and also have some depression!. I doubt if my exercise routine is as strenuous as yours, though!. As long as you aren't experiencing any problems or difficulties with it, I think it's fine!. You could always ask your doctor about it when you go for your next visit!. If you start getting too sore from your workouts, then I'd say it's time to ease up a little!. It is possible to go overboard even on a good thing!. ( ;Www@Answer-Health@Com

Working out every day is fine, just split your muscle groups so that you aren't strength training the same muscles on back to back days!. What I mean by this: do biceps, chest, quads & abs one day and triceps, back & gluts the next day!. Cardio (running) is fine every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah no problem unless you start a workout so sore from the day before that you can barely move ,, then you might be doing damage!.!. i work out 6 days a week pretty hard and i am seeing hella results so i would actually recommend it good luck man!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i do that!. i am seeing great results!. i run like 4 miles a day and do yoga!. its awsome!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to at a minimum have a 24 hours rest before going at it again!. Three days every other week sound good too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is actually not healthy to work out every day!. it's best to take at least one day off during the weekWww@Answer-Health@Com
