Question: Does this work and is it healthy!?
my friend's brother is in boxing and my friend is too and i asked them how do i burn fat/calories/water weight and he said that they get a trash bag and make it where u can put ur head and arms then put a shirt on top and do some types of cardio!. so i tried it and i kept sweating a lot!! can i burn fat from my belly so i can start working out for a 6 pack!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

What they have described is the practice know often as "weight cutting"!. Boxers and any other athletes involved in a sport with weight classes will often use these kinds of techniques to drop large amounts of scale weight in a short period of time!. These techniques accomplish this and very much do "work" in that regard!.
However, all this does is suck the water out of your body temporarily and you are NOT burning fat!. These techniques are therefore completly ineffective for any kind of body conditioning such as developing "six pack" abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sweat will make you loose water weight, which is what weightlifters, wrestlers, etc do so they will make sure they are in the weight class they need to be in!. Sweat will not make you loose fat, however in the process of working out you will, so if you want to wear the garbage bag you can, but make sure you drink plenty of water and stay low on your sodium intake so that you don't retain more water than needed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
