Where do I measure my waist and hips for the respective measurements?!

Question: Where do I measure my waist and hips for the respective measurements!?
I know that measuring your waist and hip is the way to go to track fat loss (BMI won't work for me, as I am bulking up in muscle)!.

But where do I measure!? Yes I know where the hip and waist are, but specifics!?

Waist: Right at the belly button or where I am thinnest!? I have a bit of a gut so I am confused!.

Hips: Is it around the pelvic bone or where should I measure!?

Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You measure your waist where you're the thinnest and your hips where they're the largest!. Easy as that!. :-) Make sure the measuring tape is not tilting up or down!.!.!.!.where it goes around you in the front, that's the same area it should go around you in the back!.

I hope this makes sense!.!.!. :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
