Need help losing 5-8 pounds in 3 weeks?!


Question: Need help losing 5-8 pounds in 3 weeks!?
i need help im not very strong willed to keep to it and if i have a food habit its hard to break im not over weight i would just kind of want to lose some weight befor the cross country season i a boy and im 15 anyone have any ideas it dosent haveto be 8 it could be 5 i just want a few tips it would help alot if you could give me some diets i love salads and i have been trying to eat then at least for 2 meals a day and i try to keep the salad dresing to a low amount but it still seams like i cant lose many pounds probley because i love coclolate a lot and ice cream so if anyone has anything that could help mee lose the pounds please tellWww@Answer-Health@Com

You could watch the Wiggles with her and dance along!. I've done it with my 3 y/o!.

You can pretty much do any kind of house work that requires you to break a sweat!. Like scrubbing the kitchen floor real good!. Dancing around the house can get your heart rate up!.

For a diet, I would just eat mostly veggies thru the day!. Skip the ice cream and chocolate and eat it in moderation!.!.!.meaning either chocolat OR ice cream once a week or something!.
