How many calories should i consum and burn?!


Question: How many calories should i consum and burn!?
im 150, and 5'2 i know that im over weight but please help!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1500 - 2000 are a females recommended calorie daily allounce!. Try cutting out all the candy and fizzy drinks, apart from that stuff try eat a generally healthy diet and mix it with some training, if your not used to training start off lightly with walking and start making little lifestyle chances so when you do lose your weight it's easier to keep it off for example, take the stairs instead of the elevater etc, stand when you can rather than sitting, walk short distances instead of jumping in the car!:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think there is really a pre-set number of calories you should consume!. This is really dependant on how active you are!. If you are trying to lose weight, there are two ways to do this, reduce food consumption, or increase energy usage!. From a long-term perspective, the latter is the better option, because increased exercise will lead to fat loss, and it will also increase stamina, cardiac function and muscle tone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To loose weight you need between 1200 to 2000 calories a day so your body does think you starving and make more fat cell!. then you need to burn more calories then you take in to begin burning calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
