1: sit ups
2: lay on ur back lift ur legs and back off the ground (requires balance) lay on ur butt bone hold a weight and bring it from side to side over and over again 20 times to the right 20 to the left
3:lay on ur back arms straight behind u legs straight in front of u keep them stright andbring them together do not bend them touch hands to ur feet if u can reach without bending in ur knees down do 2 or 3 sets of 10 of those
4:lay on ur belly and bring ur arms and legs up balance and hold it like that for a minute rest then do right arm left leg for 30 secs then left arm right leg 30 seconds then all for a minute again
5: after u are done doing this jog down to a grocery store buy protien shakes and stuff like that and when u get home make a protien shake drink those after workouts those help ur muscles develop better
u should always jog after a workout it helps get rid of the fat better than if u would jog b4 a workout idk y but thats what my coach told me another good thing about jogging to the store with gas prices it will save money hope that helps :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

the "to lose 1 pound you need to burn 3,500 calories more than you ate" is a little misguided!. You simply have to use more calories than you eat!. A lot of calories are burned by your daily lifestyle!. You will not lose an entire belly in two weeks!. You cannot target fat loss!. You have to lose if from your entire body to lose if from your stomach!. But a quick fix is to cut out all salts before you need to where this shirt this will keep you from retaining water!. start eating healthy like cut down on the junk food and stock up on veggies and fruits!. and do a cardio workout (running, jumping rope, swimming, biking) for at least 30 min!. a day!. and do sit ups!. it should work gr8 ! good luck
