What exercises will help me lose weight around my stomach?!


Question: What exercises will help me lose weight around my stomach!?
Right below my belly button, I have an area that isn't as toned as I'd like it! I have this particular spot where I have been trying to lose the roll, if you will, and it seems like it'll never go!

What types of exercises should I try to do!?

Lie on your back, hold both of your legs together and bring them down to the floor very slowly but do not let them touch the floor!. Hold them there for a few seconds and pull them back up without bending them!. Do not bend your legs, use your hands, raise your back off the floor or bend your legs!. Bring them as down as you can and pull them back up!. do like 15 times!. Helps the lower abs!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lay on your back, hands flat on the floor by your side, feet straight up in the air, lift your buttocks by tightening abs!. Its just a little movement but that'll do it!. Its a hard spot to work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try doing the work-outs earlier in the day, that may be what's happening; your body just rests right after you workout since you're doing it so close to bed!. I had the same problemWww@Answer-Health@Com

500 star jumps
600 sit ups
2 hours of jogging
1 hours of sprinting
1 hour of swimming
10 minutes of drinking water!.

Repeat 5 times until you feel statisfied with your figure>
