Hw do I flatten my lower abs?!

Hw do I flatten my lower abs?

I do 200 sit ups every day I just started yesterday I do 100 in the mornig and 100 at night or in the after none but I only feel the burn on my uper abs and i need to lose like a hand ful or two of fat on my lower abs how do i do that i need to lose it by the fall i am going to go on an all fruit and vegatable diet what do you think?


Answers:

Fastest way is lying back down on the floor and doing sit ups while pulling up your knees to your opposite of your arms. Like when you pull up have your right elbow meet your left knee, and so on 100 times. Then to 200 times a day. Now I'm doing 300 a day and I have the abs to back that up. The faster you go the more you'll fell the burn, and thats the burn of losing fat. Only took me really 2 months to get results.
Make sure you don't stay straight turn your upper body when you do the reps.
