Weight Loss?

What weight plan is the best and not dangerous? I need to be in a size2 by october. I have a big wedding I have to be in.

Also, I am 5'3 amd weight 140.

Welllllllllllll.... I would first start of eating "right". Cut out the junk food like chips, and cookies until your wedding night. lol. Salads, smoothies, are good choices. Crackers and pretzels, and fruit....veggies. ALWAYS GOOD. For excercise, I would start slow. Because once you pull a muscle or do too much in one day, you won't be able to move for like,...2 weeks! So, maybe start walking about 2-4 miles. Swimming is good too. Once you have gotten your body use to the physical activity, add some jump rope. Or, running/jogging. ALL OF THIS gets rid of fat. If you want to add some muscle, sit ups, squats, and lunges are great too. You only need to do about 50 sit ups a DAY to get results. MOST IMPORTANTLY, stretch! And...drink plenty of water. DON'T go by the scale for a while. Because... muscle weighs way more than fat. And,...just remember. It's your wedding day! Be happy NO MATTER WHAT! wooo! and.. congradulations.
