EDIT: Actually, not drinking enough water will cause water weight!. If your body doesnt think you are going to be supplying enough then it stores it!. If you drink enough you just pee it out!. Also, no you cannot get water poisoning, however if you drink about 1-3 gallons within a one hour time frame you can drown from the inside out, your organs will flood!. Water is essential in getting vitamins and other nutrients to your body and getting the toxins out!. If you take vitamins everyday and drink very little water you are not really doing yourself any good!.
