Not everything is about carbs, veggies have carbs but they are good for you however potatoe chips have carbs and they are bad for you!. It is about fat content, are they good or bad fats!? Carbs are they complex or are the simple ones!? Is there a lot of trans fats in the foods!? Are they fried!? Those are all things to take into account not simply the amount of carbs, carbohydrates provide energy to your body, if you don't burn that energy by working out is stored as fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, an 11 year old girl shouldn't even worry about how many carbs there are in a meal!. Or anything else of that matter (like counting calories)!.
Seriously, 11 year olds counting carbs!? Eat all you want while you're young! (Well, not THAT much) Is there a reason you're counting carbs!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
