oh yeah im 5'3 and im average weight accorrding to the bmi but i would b happier 20lbs lighter so do u have any ideas...i babysit during the day and have summer assignments so if anyone has a routine i could do that would b helpful and healthy was to eat and excersise with out leaving the house cause im unable 2 do that alot?

I'm in the same boat with you. I'm two years younger, an inch taller and about five pounds heavier. I've been trying to lose weight too. What I've been doing is eating a lot of fruits and vegetables, getting out and walking at least an hour a day, and drinking plenty of water. You probably can't lose a whole 20 pounded in a month, but 10 or 15. If you want to stay in and exercise, try doing push ups and sit ups. Pacing is also a good way to stay in shape. Stay away from junk food.
