Question: I am 17 and I am wayy over the weight im suposed to be!.!.!?
I need help bad I want to lose weight safely and I dont want to take pills or anything like that!.!.and I cant buy products to help me I jus need HELP like it makes me cry looking at myself back in the day when i was skinny like 2 years ago and now im huge!.!.HELP ME PLEASE!!!! the ONLY real way to lose weight is cut down the intake of food,and eat salads and vegies!. start walking 20/30 minutes a day your body is like a machine if you dont burn up the fuel(food) you put into your body it will be stored becoming fat, the less you put in and the more you exercise you will start using the stored fuel( fat) and you WILL lose weight!. this is the ONLY PROVEN way to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ive had the same problem, then i lost about 30 lbs in 2 months!.

what you have to do is eat 6 small meals a day ( i know it seems like a lot of food but it speeds your metabolism )

* eat more protein then anything ( it fills you up, and does not contain a lot of carbs )

* stay away from the bread!! it is very fatty and only keeps you full for a certain amount of time

* NO DIET SODA - diet soda leaves you with cravings, and it just makes you feel bloated!.

* eat more fruits and vegetables but make sure their right portions!.

* exercise atleast 3 times a week!.

this will have you loosing weight in no time (: hope it works for you like it worked for meWww@Answer-Health@Com

don't skip meals it throws off your metabolism!.
if you want to eat less just cut down your portions!.
cardio cardio cardio specifically running or swimming!.
do strength/ stretching exercises to keep your body adapting

eat healthy!.
cut out all junk food!.
lower your carb intake

stay active!.
