Help getting Obliques in shape???!


Question: Help getting Obliques in shape!?!?!?
Ok, so I have 8-pack abs that I work on every day but no obliques!.!.!. Any excercise/workout routine without a machine that could help me out!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

grab a broom handle, hold it in both hands with a wide set grip!. feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent!. now lean all the way to one side trying to feel the stretch in your oblique!.!.!.do this exercise as part of your ab workout!.!.!.!.5 sets of about 12 reps to each side, should sculpt your obliquesWww@Answer-Health@Com
