Over exercising?!


Question: Over exercising!?
ok well ive been working out like first i would run 4 miles then 2 hours later do push ups, sit ups etc, and then 2 hours later run maybe another 2 miles tonight i feel really worn out im i over working myself or is this what i should strive for!. thank you

Depends!. Are you eating healthy foods everyday!? You're workout seems more than the normal but If you're looking to stay fit, I don't see the problem with running that miles, and at least youre taking a break in between, its always good to get rest as well when trying to diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how active were you before (it seemed like you just started with this regime!?) Also depends on how much sleep you get, food you eat and physical and emotional stress you might be under!. Bottom line is, you can over exercise, however it's up to you to determine where the line is between doing too mcuh and just being tired after a work out!.
I'll say this though, if you constantly feel tired you should take some breaks, and scale back a bit untill your body gets used to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, u are doing too much cardio at once!.!.!.!. cut down the cardio

you should also eat more protein, because u are burning alot of it, and u need it to recover
